You can permanently delete your account and data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, saved therapies, session history and ratings, and cancels any active Plus subscription so you aren't charged again.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Optimum Brain and sign in.
- Tap your account button (your initial, top right).
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Option 2: Ask us by email
Email admin@candia.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Optimum Brain account". We'll confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted right away: your account and email, saved therapies, session history, ratings and feedback linked to your account.
- Kept by Google Play: Google keeps its own payment records as required by law. We don't hold your card details.
You can also check or cancel the subscription in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
