Optimum Brain is a sound-therapy app for relaxation and sleep. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information and we don't show ads.
What we collect

The sound is generated on your device. We don't record audio, use your microphone, or collect your location, contacts or health records.
Where it's stored and who processes it
- Supabase stores your account and app data, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Netlify hosts the app and runs our server functions.
- Google Play processes subscriptions and purchases.
These providers act on our behalf and may only use the data to provide their service. Some settings, such as your language and theme, are kept only on your device.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, saved therapies, session history and ratings are deleted right away. Payment records held by Google Play are kept by Google as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app (Account → Delete my account) or by following the steps on our account deletion page.
- Access or correct your data, or ask a question, by emailing admin@candia.ai.
- Cancel a subscription any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, or from Account → Manage billing in the app.
Health information
Optimum Brain is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and is not a medical device. The program you choose (for example "Insomnia" or "Tinnitus") is stored only to run your sessions and show your progress, and is never shared for advertising.
Children
Optimum Brain is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
